Who we are
Art Creations Cultural Society is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to prison reform, cultural development and the rehabilitation of marginalised communities through the power of art.
We believe that a person’s past should not define the possibilities of their future. Through music, performance, creative learning and meaningful engagement, we work to identify talent, build confidence and encourage a more constructive path forward.
Our journey includes programmes in correctional settings and collaborations with institutions working towards dignity, social responsibility and reintegration.

TIHAR IDOLS • A FLAGSHIP INITIATIVE
Through initiatives such as Tihar Idols and the Reform Band, we seek to identify and showcase the artistic talent of prison inmates. These platforms make room for creative expression, recognition and a renewed sense of self-worth.
We believe rehabilitation is strengthened when people are offered opportunities to learn, contribute and be recognised beyond the circumstances that brought them into the justice system.

For years, the Society’s work has been guided by the belief that creative expression can help people rediscover confidence, discipline and purpose. The organisation brings together cultural programming, music, skill-building and social engagement to help talent find a platform.
With a commitment to prison reform, rehabilitation and cultural development, the Society continues to work towards opportunities that honour dignity and encourage constructive reintegration.

Leadership & governance
The Society’s listed members bring together organisational leadership, programme coordination and legal or administrative guidance.
Provides overall vision and leadership to help cultural reform initiatives create lasting impact in correctional and institutional spaces.
Supports strategic planning, organisational growth and collaboration with public institutions and partner bodies.
Oversees financial integrity and responsible resource management for long-term programmes.
Coordinates operations, documentation and programme execution for institutional engagement and outreach.
